The 26854 is a 0.007 in. ID orifice used to set flow and drop pressure. It is used as one of the orifice options of the18072 TGA Heated Intake Filterand may be ordered as a replacement orifice. Swagelok^®nuts and ferrules are required to install the orifice and are ordered separately.
