Campbell Scientific now offers the CS11 Current Transformer for monitoring ac current along an electrical wire. The new transformer is compatible with our CR200X-series dataloggers as well as other dataloggers, allowing it to replace both the CS10 and CS15 transformers. A higher-quality internal completion resistor contained in the CS11 improves the accuracy of its measurements over previous models. Common applications include motor or generator load condition monitoring, efficiency studies, intermittent fault detection, and rough submetering.
