Campbell Scientific’s RDP120 is an ALERT flood warning system that supports the new ALERT2 standard for transmitting data. This new system greatly improves the accuracy and performance of systems dedicated to early flood detection and warning. The RDP120 is designed for standpipe ALERT installations, and can be a drop-in upgrade for existing stations or a turn-key solution for new installations. It can be ordered with a variety of datalogger and communication options.
The RDP120 incorporates the new AL200, an encoder, modulator, and sensor interface. The AL200 brings ALERT2 capability to the RDP120, resulting in faster and better data transmission. It is easily configured, and has sensor ports built in. Both the RDP120 and the AL200 are built by Campbell Scientific, so they can be counted on to perform well in harsh, remote environments.
